Role Overview:

Promote awareness of the organization's mission and programs.
5. Committee Involvement:

Serve on one or more board committees (e.g., finance, governance, fundraising, marketing) as needed.

Fulfill committee responsibilities, attend meetings, and provide expertise.
6. Evaluation and Accountability:

Participate in the annual evaluation of the organization's performance and impact.

Hold the executive director accountable for achieving organizational goals.
7. Resource Development:

Contribute to fundraising efforts by cultivating donors, attending events, and identifying potential funding opportunities.
8. Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality:

Disclose any potential conflicts of interest promptly.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to the organization.
Expectations:

Regular Attendance: Attend board meetings, committee meetings, and special events regularly.
