Wilkens Fequiere
Board Chair
Wilkens Fequiere provides visionary leadership and guidance to our organization's Board of Directors. With his wealth of experience in governance, strategy, and community development, Wilkens is pivotal in steering VISION Inc. towards its mission of creating lasting change within our community.
He is also committed to community development and passionate about helping others in need. We are grateful for his contributions to our organization.
DeLeon Harper
Vice Chair
DeLeon Harper serves as a grade school educator and the pastor of KH Metro Houston. He holds a Master's degree in health education, a Master's degree in Theology, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance with a concentration in Sports Medicine. With his expertise in education and health, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our Board of Directors at VISION Inc. DeLeon's experiences will bring a unique approach to our programming and provide the insight we need to serve our youth.
Gayla Taylor
Board Secretary
Gayla Taylor brings her financial background and passion for the community to the table. She is also the founder of the Tynesha Stewart Foundation, which offers education and prevention programs for domestic violence. She has a unique perspective and passion for helping youth overcome obstacles that hinder their success. We are proud to have Gayla Taylor among our esteemed members.
J'Nique Bryan

J'Nique Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of homeland security. With a background steeped in this critical discipline, she infuses the organization with her passion, education, and hands-on experience, making her an invaluable asset in driving Vision Inc.'s mission forward. As the owner of Sole Freight, he brings his entrepreneurial spirit and a profound commitment to education to the table. His experiences and insights from the educational sector have shaped his leadership style and keen understanding of knowledge's transformative power.
Shandrika May
Board Member
Shandrika May is an entrepreneur who has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and a background in Life Coaching Services; brings a diverse range of skills and expertise to the table. With her contribution, we are confident in our ability to continue making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Shankdrika is passionate about empowering young people and positively impacting their lives and implements that passion in our Board of Directors.
